Wale Olayanju

Wale Olayanju is an Entrepreneur and a guru in the Nigerian Real estate Market with over 13 years’ work experience and his experience cuts across operations management, brand management, and communication, sales and marketing, construction, land acquisition, and other real estate management skills. 

At age 7 he started visiting construction sites with his father who was also into construction and that brought about his interest in the real estate industry.

He is the Managing Director of 4point Real Estate Investment Limited and an alumnus of Lagos Business School and the University of Ilorin. Being business savvy brought about creating 4point property and other companies.

In addition to his degree, he obtained certificate courses and skills in Owner Manager Program(OMP 29) from Lagos Business school, Global Business strategy from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management (United Kingdom), Corporate Brand and identity skills from Pan Atlantic School of Media and Communication, Negotiation skills and tools from Lagos business School, Essential Management skills from Marcforte Business Consulting, Strategic Marketing Management from Lagos Bussines School, Sell-like-a-Pro & Sales Advantage from Dale Carnegie Training institute just to mention a few.

Wale as he is fondly called has Outstanding Leadership training and qualities which has helped with the management of 4point real estate investment limited and two other growing companies he started. To His management credits, 4point has delivered over 120 units of houses and land to individuals in the last 3 years of starting the real estate company in Nigeria.

He is enthusiastic and has demonstrated a high level of motivation with the ability to build teams to perform effectively.

Wale is married to Ololade Olayanju, with two children.
